Permission Scheme - new permission "view aggregated data"

Hi!
Is the "View aggregated data" permission somewhere documented? I'd love to read more about it - "learn more" does not provide more information.
Does anybody know what this is exactly about?
Also for "Service Project Agent" permission I could not find documentation.
