Hello everyone,
I would like to ask if anyone else has been experiencing recent performance issues with Automation for Jira. In my instance, I’ve noticed some unusual behavior that hasn’t occurred before:
Some rules remain in the "In Progress" status for a prolonged period without completing in a timely manner.
When a rule runs, it takes a while to appear in the audit log, making it challenging to track its progress.
I always strive to optimize performance when building rules, minimizing complexity, and ensuring the system is not unnecessarily overloaded. These issues have only started happening recently, and I’m unsure whether it’s specific to my instance or part of a broader problem.
Has anyone else encountered similar issues? Any information or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Best regards,
Hi @Juan Ignacio -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am also observing delays / slow performance for even basic rules running in a Free License level site today...although that is not particularly unusual due to the lower allowed performance: https://support.atlassian.com/cloud-automation/docs/automation-service-limits/
Checking the status pages, I see no open, public incidents. I recommend watching here for any updates: https://status.atlassian.com/
Kind regards,
Bill
