Hi
I would like my kanban users to be able to see their priority tickets in a separate column on the teams kanban.
We have columns for work in progress and would like to separate them out into 2 columns for P1/P2 and P3/P4.
(I created the board but I am not an administrator so not sure if I am able to create any new states on the tickets - which was my first idea.)
Ideas welcome
Thanks
hi @Richard Sperrin ,
Welcome to the community! :D
board columns are always mapped to 1 or more statuses in your workflow.
I would not recommend using a different status for priorities, as that is a different kind of information about the issue. A status should tell you where an issue is in the flow, not how urgent it is (which would stay the same in any actual status).
You could however make quick filters above the board to show P1/2 and P3/4 apart, or do it by using swimlanes on the board.
If you want something more visually, give card colours to different priorities.
if you created the board you can do those things yourself in the board settings section.
Hope this helps!
