Overview usage of an app before deleting

Hi is it possible to overview the usage of apps? who is using it? when? who installed it?

We want to delete unknown apps and to be on the safe side

Hello @rtamam 

You can review the Manage Apps audit log to find out when an app was installed.

To get usage information you should contact the support team for the app vendor to see if they provide any tools for that.

You may not be able to learn who installed an app. 

I recall a situation at a prior employer trying to find who installed an app in the site audit log and app list log, yet it only showed fields added (for the app) but not who installed it.  It turned out to be a senior-leader, org-admin "trying things out".  This is different than when a user with lower permission levels requests adding an app, as their account is shown in the request.

The only solution for such things is implementing additional / procedural change control measures to which all the Org and Site Admins agree to abide.  And having a small, trustworthy group of admins.
