Just recently started using the Jira Cloud for Outlook plugin. When I use "Create issue" or "Send to issue" and I have the "Include Email" box checked, the email does not get included. It creates the issue fine and adds an "Attached Emails" section, , but there is nothing listed whether it is set to hide or show. Email is through Office 365 and I tested it with both the web interface and the local Outlook install. IF the box is unchecked it does not create the "Attached Emails" section.
Any idea how to get the email to go across?
Never mind. Figured out my browser security plugin was preventing the emails from displaying in the issue. Once allowed they work fine.
