The problem impacts all projects and users. I have installed the standard Jira Cloud extension for Outlook, which offers three options:
When selecting an email and using the 'Create issue' option, it performs correctly. After creation, I can return to the mail and click on 'View issues,' which will display the newly created issue. However, if I respond to that email and then receive a reply, I cannot see the issue/case under 'View issues' even though it is the same email thread.
