After enabling SQL logging, there are no references to caesium in the sql logs, and the clusteredjob table is empty. Where do i look next to verify if caesium is actually running the mail queue service?
Hi @paul.harrison and welcome,
please check that Jobs is correctly setup. System -> Services -> Mail Queue Service
Fabio
Hi Fabio,
thanks for replying but the mail queue service has no jobs to configure. The only configurable option for the service is the schedule, which is currently set to 0 * * * * ?
I've tried toggling to 1****? (one minute past the hour) updating and then resetting back to 0 * * * * ? but did not effect any change.
I've tried to google or search help to see if i can create another mail queue service, but it appears to be a built-in from the gui and cant be removed / re-added.
