I have set the default reporter of the mail hadler to "Support" User.
The mail handler uses server that uses our support email address.
This user, in his details has a fake email address.
I created a custom field that for the customer email. when sending to the support mail, it fills up automatically with the customer email.
Whenever an support guy from our comapny sends back a mail to the customer, using Jira, the customer get a mail from our support mail but the Jira support guy full name is displayed as the sender.
For example:
If I "Nadav Bilu" (as a jira user) send a mail to a customer he get a mail from "Nadav Bilu" but that name holds the "support@tlvmedia.com" mail behind it.
I would like to be from "TLVMedia Support" and not from each user.
In General Configuration there is an Option Email from ${fullname}, you want to replace that value with "TLVMedia Support".

Another question regarding the out going mail.
When the customer recieves the mail, the subject has "[JIRA]" String followed by the issue key.
I saw in the general configuration a "Title" field holds that string.
If I'll change that, it will change the subject in the mail retured to the customer ?
Will it harm other parts of the system?
