Organization admin / Site admin Do or DONT have access to products???

Can anyone please help solve this confusing contradicting into by Atlassian support docs?

According to the table at: https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/what-are-the-different-types-of-admin-roles/ 

Organization admin / Site admin have NO access to products

But according to https://support.atlassian.com/user-management/docs/default-groups-and-permissions/ 

Org-admins / site-admins DO have default permission access to all products in the site.

Would be great if this riddle can solved before I'm doing the ACP-520 exam ;)

Hello, Good day. Org admin will have product access. For example, create a dummy user account without any product access. Assign Org admin role the user and you will see product access is auto added to this user account.

@Mick Spaan Yes Mohanraj is correct. Org admins have automatic product access. I provided feedback on the first article.
