Every now and then, when I open a ticket detail in my sprint/board, it opens in a popup. As I don't want this, not in any context, I go to the 'View settings' panel on the right, and turn on 'Open issues in side bar' :
Do you know/think if this setting can be made additionally a property of the user, so that I would check it in my profile, and, voila !, it would be like that forever, and in the very rare and almost unthinkable situation where I would need a popup, then i could still do it at the board level ?

This configuration option is not available at the user level unfortunately.
