Webhooks seem to work fine for me if I configure them to point to  a service like Webhook.site.

As soon as I point the webhooks to my server, the only events I receive are attachment events.   Any other event does not reach my server.

I don't even know if the events are being triggered because there is no basic diagnostic support in the form of logging for webhooks.

Hello, Good day. As you have tested with webhook.site , this confirms webhook event is getting triggered on Jira end. Are you able to run a packet capture when you trigger event to local server on frontend firewall ? (this will help to check the traffic from cloud end is received or not)
