Only Administrator Role Showing When Adding New People To Project in JIRA Cloud


We have just started a JIRA Cloud account. I am the site administrator and trying to add others to a PROJECT that I have created. When going to add People, I see the only available Role to add people to is "Administrators". How can I add/see additional roles?

Hi @Fred Bidel ,

Please check the project roles available on the system.  If it is having only Administrators, you can add people only to that role.

You can add new roles also.


please replace domain name with your orgname or jirainstance name
