I have 2 questions
First, on worksflows: I need to add a column to a sprint dashboart and be able to manually move the tickets to the additional column "deployed on prod". Should I manually modify the general workflow or where should I look for it? I added it to the current sprint, but I can't move any tickets. Is it because of the automation?
Secondly, I need to make an epic from a roadmap a parent jira ticket, but it can't be found. Where should I configure it?

What type of project are you using? Get that information from the View All Projects page under the Projects menu. Find your project in that list and tell us what it says in the Type column.
The status must exist in the Workflow(s) used by the issues. To move an issue to a column on a board there must be a Status values associated with that column. When you added the column to the board did you map a Status to it?
The exact method for adding the Status to the Workflow depends on the type of project in use.
