On Jira Mojang, the "forgot your username" email didn't send. How do I get into my account?

I can't remember my Mojang username so I did the "forgot your username" thing and it said it sent the email, but every time I've done it, it's never been received, but other Mojang emails work fine. It says that if it doesn't send I should contact my Jira administrators, and the only place for those that I can find is on this site. So how do I get my username so I can sign-in to my Mojang account? They literally don't allow me to report things on their site unless I'm signed-in, so I can't report problems about not being able to sign-in there. Also, this is only on the bugs.mojang.com section, because I can sign-in to the other sections of the mojang site with my email and password, but I need my username to report bugs and sign-in to that specific section.

I'm afraid we can't help you here.  We're all using Atlassian systems, but we're not the Mojang administrators and I don't know if any of them are active in the community and hence might see this post.
