With Omniture (AKA Adobe Experience Cloud) enabled in the announcement banner in JIRA  v 7.12.3, an error occurred.

<!-- OMNITURE INFO -->
<script language="JavaScript" src="/includes/js/omniture/jira_omniture_code.js"></script>
<script language="JavaScript">
    var s_code=s.t();if(s_code)document.write(s_code)
</script>

The script file itself is stored in [jira install]/atlassian-jira/incluses/js/omniture and is SiteCatalyst code version: H.26.2.

Are there different versions of the script compatible with various Java/tomcat/jira versions?

 Steps:

  1. Navigate to an board
  2. Click on Board > Configure Board

Result:

An error message appeared:

You'll need to get in touch with Ominture/Adobe for this really, the insertion of their script renders your Jira unsupported by Atlassian, and they've given you a script that does not work for the current version.

Still looking for a solution/suggestion. I know the person above suggested to reach out to Adobe which we are already doing. What is interesting is this fails when we moved from 7.2.7 -> 7.12.3. Everything works except when you pull up any Agile board or click "configure" for a board.

Has anyone successfully used Site Catalyst, aka Omniture from Adobe on any Atlassian products? We have the exact same code on Confluence 510.8 and have zero issue.
