Notify group when issue status changed

I have a project with 6 user groups, A, B,C,D,E,F,workflow: Reqphase, Design ,code, uint test, module, done

Once issue created, only group A users will get en notification email.

if issue status move from Reqphase to Design, group B user will get notification email.

if issue status moved from Design to code, group C user will get notification email.

Yes, you can do that in the notification scheme for the project.  Make sure the transistions fire different events and then use the notification scheme to send the emails to the two groups.
