hello all, is it possible to set a notification event who'll notify the assignee when the resolution delay is too much ?

The usual way to do this is create a filter for issues that are getting too old and subscribe to it.

You need to decide how you are going to decide what the "resolution delay" is, and then report on that.

The most simple one would be for a support project, where you'd simply use "created < -8h" to find ones over 8 hours old, but most people are a bit more sophisticated and do something more complex.  Often, I find scripted or coded fields that capture "time we want to measure from" is the most effective way to do it.
