You should also be able to find invoices by logging in to https:// my.atlassian.com

Hi Ronan,

I had to go a very round about way to get there. Go to Settings > Billing

Then click on Manage beside one of your products - probably Jira

Then click the Invoices menu option on the left menu.

This should show your previous invoices.

There is no sidebar with Invoices in our 'Subscription details' screen (Manage button behind Jira).

I am an organizational admin, yet I still can't find the invoices ANYWHERE, and our accountant has been on my ass for the last few months.

@admin Henry van Megen Same!!! @John Funk I used to be able to see/download my invoices from the left-side of the menu following your steps but now that is gone!

@Trudy Claspill I cannot see my invoices when I follow your step either.

@Nicolas Grossi and when I try to contact support, I am left in the queue only to be disconnected after a few minutes with an 'apology' from the bot with a message saying Atlassian is experiencing a high volume of calls & tickets and when I try to go back into the queue, the chat feature doesn't even come up anymore. I hope they get this resolved soon because I need to be able to download my Jira invoices/receipt in order to expense them with my organization,

@Victoria L_ Vlad

Where did you look in my.atlassian.com? You should a tab for Invoices on the Orders page.

Why would we have to go back to that awful old `my.atlassian` UI to find billing history?

I'm on the new Billing section of the Administration site. I'm an Org Admin and everything else IT can throw at me. Where are my invoices!?

This is madness.

I should clarify …

I was able to find my invoices eventually, though not through the new Billing interface.

Also noteworthy: There is no link on the new Billing site to the lame old my.atlassian site that holds the invoices 😒

Here's the hoops I had to jump through:

  1. Figure out that you have to go here for your invoices
  2. Sign in
  3. Find your subscription ID in the list
  4. Enter the ID into the Order Lookup form under "Order #" (even though it doesn't match the "AT-" format noted)
  5. Provide your email, but ignored the required "Total" field (it's not really req'd)

That took me to a list of invoices. A list that should be available on the Billing Admin site.

I'm guessing there's a pattern of churn after people realize how much money they've thrown at a company that is a daily thorn in their side. So they decided to make it harder to do.

@Trudy Claspill sorry for my delayed response, was away for the Thanksgiving break. Anyway, to answer your question, I go to the page you link (see my screenshot below) but it says there are no invoices associated with my account and when I try to follow the instructions provided by @David Holman it doesn't work either. What's worse, is that I have 2 Jira instance and am billing admin on both and I can still access my invoices the "old" way on other instance. The only difference between these 2 instances is that I upgraded to Premium on the one I can still access my invoices easily, so I am wondering if Atlassian has removed the ability to easily access invoices as a way to force folks to upgrade to premium? I hope that is not the case because that would be very shady business practice 😥Jira screenshot.JPG

@Trudy Claspill & @David Holman All is right with the world!! I was able to connect with Atlassian Customer Support today and it turns out that it was a simple fix. First of all, my billing admin role had been removed when Atlassian migrated from the old billing engine to their new one (not sure how that happened & the customer service rep couldn't tell me that either) but all I had to do, was ask the other billing admin on the site to make me billing admin again and voila, the menu showing my invoices instantly came back on the left hand side of the screen again under the billing tab! So yes, if you can no longer see your invoices on the left-hand side, chances are, your billing admin role may have changed.

We had some roles change during the migration as well. That's fixed, but I still don't have invoices in the sidebar where you'd expect them.
