Not receiving verification/password reset emails from jira

I've reactivated a user, @Ben Hanzl  who is currently unable to sign into his account. When signing in with Google hes prompted for a verification email he never receives. I've also tried initiating a password reset for his account, but he is unable to receive that email as well.

Most probably the user's email may have been blocked. Reach out to Atlassian support for assistance.
