I haven't received any notification emails for about 2 months. I have enabled notifications option in my profile settings.
I think it's account issue because, I am not receiving any mails in my all projects.
Any solution?
Hi @Damian Pulit I found there was a suppression on message to your email address. I have removed this suppression. You should now be able to receive new notifications from our cloud services.

Hi @Andy Heinzer I'm also facing the same issue - since 2021 I haven't received a Jira email sent to my email address -> can i please ask to fix the same as for my colleague in this topic :)

I found your account was being suppressed. I have cleared this from our side for your account and others on your domain.

Are you confident that your user ID is included in the notification schemes of the project(s)? If so you, and you are the admin, reach out to Atlassian Support. If you are not the admin please discuss with them so that they can do so.
