Hi there! I wanted to invite a new team member to a confluence space but they aren't receiving their email-address-confirmation mail. We've tried everything that's in the faqs/help section on this topic but nothing's working. Any help would be much appreciated.

HI,

I found there were some bounce messages from the SMTP server:

2023-04-03T14:55:02.000Z bounce 550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281) [AM7EUR03FT027.eop-EUR03.prod.protection.outlook.com 2023-04-03T14:54:40.313Z 08DB2BB7137DD186]

 

I have cleared all the suppressions that exist for your domain in our system.  However we have seen this kind of error before, specifically with clients that use Outlook.  Please review our guide over in https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-articles/Unblocking-Office365-emails-for-Atlassian-Cloud/ba-p/1870108

It explains how you can configure your Office365 in order to prevent this kind of email suppression from our Cloud services again in the future.
