I have been trying to reset password of my account (deepu.singh@centricconsulting.com) but I am not getting recovery link.
I was using this email id (deepu.singh@centricconsulting.com) to access Atlassian products. Now, I do not remember password nor I am getting recovery reset link from Atlassian.
This email id (deepu.singh@centricconsulting.com) was deactivated in Aug 2022. Now, it's activated again this year.
Please help on it.

If you have a paid account, you can contact Atlassian Support and have them check if the email address is on their Suppression List.
