Not getting email notification for jira issues

I get email notifications only when I get tagged in a comment,

I want to get email notifications for all the actions regarding my tasks according to the screenshots.
What should I set differently?

There is an active incident on https://jira-software.status.atlassian.com/ which might relate to your situation. A fix is currently rolling out and hopefully this will be fixed.
