Hey.
we're making a copy of Jira.
When setting up a JIRA clone and ingesting a copy of the database from the prod version. So even when importing we always end up with the same error...
Does anyone know where we are making a mistake ?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
The usual culprit for this is that there are two running Jira systems trying to use the same database, but it can also be database permissions or configuration (I've only ever seen it be permissions when running a poorly configured Jira on an Oracle db)
Is your test system connected to a totally separate database to production?
