Hello,
I've been working with Jira Core for years and am currently setting up my own Jira Core. This has worked without any problems so far, but now the following strange problem occurs:
New tickets are as usual under "Open" (German: "offen"). However, not all open tickets are displayed there. For example, we have a customer "Merz" > for this there is a main ticket to which all tickets are linked (for the purpose of an overview). The three open tickets also appear in this main ticket > but only the newest ticket is displayed. The other two have disappeared from the overview (board view). Can anyone explain to me?
Thank you very much once again
Kevin
Hi @Kevin Höbig
Although the name says "Offen" the tickets are actually in a "Done" state, indicated by the green colour and the fact that the key has a strike-through.
Items that are "Done" are only displayed on the board for a certain number of days (I believe 14 days) before they disappear in the archive. Otherwise the board would clutter over time with old, completed issues.
You are still able to see the tickets in reports and list views.
PS: there might also be a link at the bottom of the column to view archived issues. But I can't verify that right now.
Cheers,
Jens

@Jens Schumacher - Released_so Thanks a lot for your help.
I've now found the workflow editor (first time) that allowed me to change the "done" status - now everything shows up cleanly. :-)
