Currently we are consolidating all the free services that we use from Atlassian to be payed and managed by centralized account in the company, which will be managed by DevOps team. We have issue on https://my.atlassian.net portal with one of our accounts(SEN) that we can't update the technical and billing contact to DevOps managers contact, from some developer team that we are moving ownership from. The only message we are seeing is: You can now manage your cloud subscriptions in Atlassian Billing Console. Can someone assist with this?
This is crucial for us in order to start moving to the payed variants of the product and later move to big instance of Data Centar license variants
Thank you for your response, do you know the "path" under which I could get to the actual support. I've tried multiple dropdown options and it always points me to community and/or articles. I've also tried looking for some email somewhere, but I can't seem to find any.
