One of my colleagues is not able to tag the rest of us in the comments in Jira tickets.
He used to be able to do that but not anymore.
Please let me know what other information you need from our side. \

This is usually because they no longer have the Global Permission.
Could you check on your "Global Permisisons" that that user still has Browse users and groups
Without this he/she cannot do an @mention as they cannot find another person.
