Not able to invite users to support project

Hello,

I'm trying to invite users to jira project as customers but something has changed recently and I'm not able to do it anymore. Other colleagues with the same access are able to do that.

I'm getting this error:

,,• 1 customer couldn't be added

We couldn't add the following customers:

• usersemailaddres (You don't have permission to invite customers to this service project)

Please check the email addresses and try "

Could you please advise?

Thank you!

Hi @Adrian Zurawski

Ask you Jira admin to check your permissions, as yours differ from your colleagues.

You could all have access to the project, but they might have different project permissions.

Hello,

Thank you for your answer. I have the same permissions as my co workers.

Hi @Adrian Zurawski

Hi then probably the account related to the email address is disabled in Atlassian Admin.

See this KB article, to help you out.

You need site or org admin permissions for this action.

Hi Marc,

Then I advise you to raise a request with Atlassian Support.

Thank you,

Do you know how to do it?
It did not let me create a ticket, just create a post here..

Thank you!

I just got it thanks!
