Hi, @Prajakta Shreekant Girme , welcome to the community! Is it possible this new user has a spam filter and the emails are being blocked? We had that issue with our internal users as well as external users. When I was having this issue, I setup an account using one of my personal emails and it was coming through without issues. Then we worked with IT for internal accounts and indeed found that they were being blocked. By default, the emails are coming from atlassian.com.

Hi @Dan Breyen Thanks for the reply. I am still facing the issue. I tried adding my personal Gmail account as well, but not receiving the invites. Spam folder is also empty.
