Not able to hide Zendesk and other integration from JIRA view screen

We have zendesk and other such integrations in our JIRA space. In `Screen Configuration` and `Issue Layout` these fields are not selected, still these are shown in view screen.

We  still want to keep using those plugins, but don't want to see in view screen, at least for projects who don't use it. Is there any setting to hide this from view?

+1, is there a solution?
(And I don't want "addon-solutions")

Hi @ambujp ,

You can use script fragments to hide UI elements.

https://scriptrunner.adaptavist.com/6.6.0/jira/fragments/HideUIElement.html

Go to Admin → Script Fragments, and select Hide system or plugin UI element  and select the project and UI elements that you would like to hide.

Thanks Niranjan.

I was looking for more of JIRA "as is" solution. Using yet another plugin is not what I am targeting.

Hello @ambujp , were you ever able to "hide" these fields? I have the same problem and stumbled onto your question.

Note that the Hide UI Elements script only works on Jira Server/Data Center, not Cloud
