Not able to follow help found on internet

Hi all.

I am trying to understand how Jira works, and it is a real nightmare...

Why do I never find the menu described in all helps from the community or jira's support?

Ex: Project settings > Features

I don't see features.

Am I the only one getting all the time a different page from the one described/shown on all help pages?

Thanks for confirming that you're on a team managed project. 

If you've got project admin permissions, you should see "Features" after you navigate to Project settings. It's got a gear/cog icon in the bottom left of your screen. 

 

Features appears under the notifications dropdown.

 

If you wouldn't mind including a screenshot of your issue, that would be great.

Hi, I really feel like an idiot with this website... This project was created by me... So I suppose I have the admin permissions
