Not able to find the email ID, which is addressed in "TO". And How to block, email ID in Jira?

I started an email channel, for Jira ticket creation in the JSD project.

Create a Jira ticket through email. we are unable to find or check the email address. Which e-mail ID is used or addressed in "TO", while creating a Jira ticket.
How can block the spam e-mail ids in Jira, so that do not create unnecessary tickets?
