Hai,basically i am trying to create a team in jira..but it is showing as an error occured.I am attaching screenshot as well.Is it because i am using premium trial account? or is there some issue in jira.I had reffered this below url..still getting the same issue.Can you guys help me out.

Creation to the team is free for any plans and shouldn't be an issue there
As per the KB article were you able to validate the cause and solution for your instance
Verify the Any domain setting under User access settings in the Organization. If all the products in the organization are open(Admin approval not required for Any domain setting), it's considered that none of the users have access to the organization.
Thus none of the users on the site will be allowed to create Teams in the site.
Ensure that the users have access to at least one non-open product in the Organization.
To achieve this, update the Any domain setting under User access settings in the Organization and ensure that the Admin Approval checkbox is checked.
Could you please provide a screenshot of what is set in your admin level.
