Could you clarify Which Atlassian Application are you using? A little more context on your request can help the Community to help you with the situation!

Let us know a little more about your situation:

  1. Which Atlassian Application are you using?
  2. Which version of the application are you running?
  3. Is this software hosted by your organisation or is it our Cloud platform?
