About two days ago, whenever an issue has been set as Completed or Done it would be displayed the issue strike-through, but now it's shown with no difference from any other status, is there a reason why this changed?
Can you check to seee of the resolution is being set? In the detailed view you should see a check mark ✅ and the word Done or similar just to the right of your Completed or Done status. If you do not then this is the cause. A common scenario is where automation is closing issues and the rule doesn’t include an action to set the resolution. Or someone has changed the workflow,
in the transition add post function "The Resolution of the issue will be set to Done." The weird thing about Jira is that one can tell they had different teams that did not share UI. If you created a project via the team managed template then you will see check marks, but if you create a project based on the company managed template you will see the issue ID crossed out and no check mark. really weird and I would like to see the checkmark and cross out maybe.

Don't forget that if one has a transition out of Done backwards then you have to add a post function "The Resolution of the issue will be cleared." to remove the strikethrough or checkmark
