No longer receiving Jira email notifications

No receiving email notification when the someone mentions me.
I checked that "Email my on my own changes" is turned on.

In your Personal Jira settings, do you have the notification turned on for "You're mentioned on an issue"?

The next thing I would suggest checking would be the notification settings of the project. Can you navigate to the settings of the project and share what the notification settings look like?

It's company managed project and couldn't find the notification setting.

Are you a project Administrator? If so, you should be able to find it by going to Project settings -> Notifications. That page will show you the notification scheme being used for the project.

You may need assistance from a project administrator to check the notification scheme and make sure things look correct there.
