Everything else in regards to JIRA notifications work, but on ticket creation nothing seems to be firing. All notifications are set up correctly.
There are several points to check:
I would like to say that check the Mail Queue but as you have said, all other email notifications are going out. So this must be isolated with the transition only. Moreover, there is the feature called "Notification Helper" which can diagnose the issue for you (most of the time)
OK well this is weird. When I look up the specific issues in Notification helper they simply don't appear. They are subtasks. The parents appear. I verified trying to create new ones, no luck finding them. Why wouldn't they be found?

OK apparently thats a known bug. I used notification helper on the actual issue but still no luck, it says it should be working correctly. Any ideas?
