Some users I added to a Jira Software (Cloud) free instance do not have access to it.
The number of users is below the user limit.
I sent them an invitation mail but they keep having an error message.

We will need more information here I believe. What is the exact error they receive? Are some users able to access the instance? If so, for those that cannot what if anything is unique about them? Are they on a different domain? Have they attempted for multiple browsers? Have you gone into admin user management to assess the status of these users? Please be sure to check the number of users that are listed in the admin user management section.

I finally found the issue : the users were not added in a specific group of our Active Directory linked to our Atlassian access account.
