No Attachment field when creating/editing issues

The Attachment field is on my Configure Screen page, but I don't see it when I create or view an issue.

Any suggestions?

Make sure the attachment field is valid for all issue types in your field configuration. It also could be that your workflow is actually using a different screen to the one you are checking.
