I want to create a monthly automatic newsletter and publish data  every month from Jira database as well as I want to view my previous data in that newsletter. Is there any way to share newsletter with in gmail by sharing jira dashboard as well as all thr progress. Also I want to include extra information apart from jira data base.

Hello Pipul,

Welcome to the community, and there are a few options to make a newsletter.

First using jira directly you can use the Filter Subscriptions feature to send jira issue data based on a saved filter and send the results out based on a cron expression.

The Filter subscription model works well for the pure jira data portion of of the items you are looking to share out to your teams, but you can also expand and customize the content using the "Blog" feature for a newsletter with Confluence, check out "Pages and Blogs" documentation for a good starting point to see if this will help you out as well.
