Newly added column not able to see on board

I added new column called "Development Finished" but  it doesnt show on board. I can see this message in new column i added "This column will not show on the board without a status". How to fix?

You must map a status to the new column from the Unmapped statues on the right. If there isn’t a Development finished status there then it means your workflow does not yet have that status. Creating a column in a board doesn’t automatically create the associated status except in the case of a “simplified workflow” project or Next-gen.
