I've invited a new user but the email is not received. I've tried resending the invite multiple times as well, but still no luck.

I know that when I send new user invites under our email system it flags it as spam. So I have a sentence in our welcome email that I send out after the invitation that makes sure that the user is looking in their spam box as well. Have you had them check their spam folder?
