Hi- I am not a JIRA user and was asked to raise a ticket from the data analytics team in my company. I didn't even have an account, so when I logged in, it said there are a few sites my company has and to join one, I couldn't log in without that. So I just clicked the first one, and I can't access the JIRA board on which I have to raise a request. How do I go back and change this? Can't seem to figure it out. Please help, thanks!

That is very much depending on how your organisation is structured. I suggest you reach out to your internal IT department to have this sorted out. They should be able to review where your account has access, change that for you if necessary and point you in the right direction.
