Hello,
A new item created in backlog is not visible.
When saving the item, the user has the following message "For an issue to be visible, it must match your project and filters, and have a status that's assigned to the board"

Assuming you are in a company-managed project: If you are on your board, you can click on the three dots at the top right, then "Configure board". Now, please make sure that the filter configured in the "General" tab returns the issue you created. Also, the status of the issue needs to be assigned to a column, which you can configure in the "Columns" tab.

It sounds like the new item might not be meeting the criteria set by your board's filters or configurations. Make sure the status of the new item is one that's included in the board's settings. Also, check the filters applied to your board to ensure they include the project or issue types of the new item. Adjusting these settings should make the item visible on your board.
