New Apps page in admin is blank on Cloud

I am trying to manage apps and 'find new apps' page in Admin is blank. 

Even when i go to market place and i try to download the app nothing happens and i still get just BLANK  'manage apps' page.

I've searched for similar cases and there are two common causes for this issue.

The first one is related to the Browser. Can you please let us know what browser are you using?

Also, test using another one and incognito to check if the same issue happens.

Another thing that can cause is the default group that gives access to Jira. I see that you are a member of the site-admins group only, so please go to your profile on Administration > Users and add the group jira-software-users to your profile.
