to another by 5:30 Pm on 13th April.

Then I need to complete those tickets by 10:30 am on 14th April. and
I set a 4-hour task completing time on each status. then 30 min on 13th April and 1hr 30
min for 14th April by 12:30 PM.

Note: My office working time is : 9:00 to 18:00 IST. (9 Am to 6 PM)

This rule is working, but the problem is that we are not getting time in our office. How can I fix these issues? Please help me with these issues.

Thank you for your time and consideration, looking forward for your response on this query,

Hi @kshridvipa7878

Can I confirm the logic here...

  • When an issue is transitioned to "Stuffing Plan Pending"
  • Then edit the "Task planned date & Time"
  • And set the date/time to now plus 4 business hours
  • Based on the IST timezone

...is this correct?

---

Is the issue the timezone? Rules run in UTC, but you can specify the timezone - eg.

{{now.setTimeZone("Asia/Kolkata").plusBusinessHours(4)}}

^ This is set to IST. Check for valid timezone references here (use Canonical ID) - https://joda-time.sourceforge.net/timezones.html

Hi @kshridvipa7878

Did you set the smart value as I suggested above?

What should it be displaying, and what is it actually displaying?

Ste

Hi @Ste Wright

Soryy for the delayed response.

Thank you so much for your time!

Yes, I used that smart value as you suggested.

I used smart value: {{now.setTimeZone(“Asia/Kolkata”).plusBusinessHours(8)}

I moved the ticket by today 11:00 ( 11 am according to Asia/Kolkata timezone)

Actually displayed: 15 April 2024, 22:30

Should be display: 16 April 2024, 10:00

Please help.

Thank you,

Dvipa
