Need help understanding license usage

Hey folks,

I’m trying to get a handle on licenses across instances in our organization and am a bit confused by the information on the screens.

1. For some products I can see how many licenses are available, but for other products it’s not listed. How do I find out how many licenses I am allowed in my current tier?
   
   
   
2. On the product access screen, it says “No licensed users”, but if I click that link, it shows 7 users. So am I using licenses or not?

Jira Product Discovery is still in Beta, and that is why you do not see the total number of licenses you have (which technically would be 20000 users).

Regarding JWM, the users that are in the jira-core-users group, do they also belong to jira-software-users? That would explain why it says No licensed users. Jira Software automatically gives you access to Jira Work Management, so only users that currently do not have JSW access and are added to jira-core-users would show up as licensed users for JWM.
