Hi Community,
We are using JIRA Version: 9.4.3
I want to add a group "ABC" to "XYZ" project with admin/Developer/user roles in Jira Project.
Since there are over 300 projects and every project need to add different groups in project roles, I can't manually go in each project add that group.
Could you please suggest is there any API calls to achive this?
You need to send a REST API call to this REST API end-point: https://docs.atlassian.com/software/jira/docs/api/REST/9.8.0/#api/2/project/{projectIdOrKey}/role-addActorUsers

Hi @Vasanthakumar V ,
You can achieve the above requirement using the https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/6398/jira-command-line-interface-cli?hosting=datacenter&tab=overview.
Jira CLI will work on the REST API provided by the Atlassian.
