Need SLA report for Assignee wise tasks for particular range of date.

Ex:

Assignee Name tasks description start date Finish date resolution time

Where we see the above details in the report.

Beyond the above mentioned options, the majority of the native SLA reporting is geared towards a team and project wide based reporting, and we have the following feature request tracking interest in expanding the reports to a Agent oriented tracking metric, make sure to add your vote to help influence a priority bump as covered in the  "Implementation of New Features Policy" :

There are also various Market place apps that offer extended customizable reporting options for Jira Service desk that I would recomend checking out to see if they would better suite your needs, I narrowed down a list below for Service Desk reporting tools avaliable for the Cloud Platform:
