I am trying to name my site in Jira Software but the following message appears:

 

Something went wrong on our end. Please try again. If this keeps happening, contact support. (Issue ID for Atlassian use: 0662c78b12e14e41abe7944aa3269d2b)

 

How can I solve this?

Have you tried the steps again, as recommended in the message?

Naming the site occurs when you first elect to subscribe to the Jira product. Is that what you are trying to do?

Or are you trying to change the name for a site that already exists?

Exactly what steps are you executing when you say you are trying to name your site?

Can you provide a screen image that shows the error?
